We recommend getting in touch at least 3 months before you would like your project completed.
This gives us enough time to discuss your requirements, finalise the design and finishes, take accurate measurements, and schedule production and installation.
Starting early also gives you more flexibility when planning your project around renovations, moving dates or other trades.
Our payments are divided into three stages:
We also offer Humm Finance as a financing option for who prefer to spread the cost of their project.
Yes. Once your booking deposit has been paid, we arrange a technical visit before production begins.
During this visit, our team takes the final measurements, checks the installation space and discusses the remaining details with you, including materials, finishes and other project specifications. This helps ensure everything is properly confirmed before your furniture goes into production.
Our bespoke furniture and fitted projects come with a one-year warranty.
The warranty gives you added reassurance after your project has been delivered and installed.
If you experience an issue that you believe is covered by the warranty, simply contact our team and we will assess it with you.
We currently provide our bespoke furniture, and carpentry services across Dublin and the Midlands of Ireland.
If you’re unsure whether your property falls within our service area, get in touch with your location and project details and our team can confirm availability.
Yes. We understand that some details may evolve as your project is finalised, so you can make up to two design revisions after paying your booking deposit.
If your changes affect the overall project price, the difference will be clearly reflected in your remaining payments, whether that means an additional cost or a reduction.
Once the design and specifications have been approved for production, further changes may no longer be possible.
